Please visit our store at, “Add to Cart” the products that you want and Checkout when you are ready to finalize the order.

When you checkout your order, you will be able to specify where you want the products shipped to (we ship United States only) and you can complete the payment using any credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

The front-end website is protected by

  • Site-wide SSL encryption that are protected by 2048 bit RSA asymmetric private key cryptography and 256 bits symmetric keys – your shopping session is completely secure
  • Algorithms that filter every single piece of information received by the site to ensure that malicious attacks that can compromise the integrity of the data do not get through

Your data is protected by the following processes

  • Credit card information and processing are handled exclusively by either Stripe or PayPal (depending on which payment method you select) – these companies are global leaders in payment processing and their business revolves around credit card security. We do not store or handle your credit card information
  • Only authorised personnel have access to your private information (such as your delivery address) and these information are handled with the strictest confidence
  • Only authorised personnel have access to relevant parts of our technical infrastructure
  • Employees only have access to the information that they require to assist you or to perform their jobs, nothing more

What does the order status mean?

A typical order flow will be:

Pending Payment -> Processing -> Approved -> Shipped

  1. Pending Payment – This is the initial state of an order when a payment attempt is made (when you click on “Confirm Order” at Checkout). The order is not confirmed at this stage as payment has not been completed yet.
  2. Processing – The order was received successfully. The order will be checked and may become “Pending” or “Pending Clearance” before it gets “Approved”.
    • Pending – We need more information from you before we can proceed. For example, if we suspect that your shipping address is incomplete, we will reach out to you and require your verification
    • Pending Clearance The payment was made via a PayPal echeck and the order will be approved only after the check clears.
  3. Approved – Orders that are approved will be go into the production queue. Production takes between one to three business days (non-holiday Monday to Friday) as the products are freshly baked (made on demand) – you get a brand new piece.
  4. Shipped – The order was shipped. The delivery time can range from one day to a few weeks depending on the shipping method selected, the shipping origin, the shipping destination and how the package gets routed to the destination.

Will you send me an email confirming the order?

Yes, email notifications will be sent when your order goes into the production queue and when the package ships.

If you did not receive these emails and you cannot find them in your spam or bulk folders, please contact us (as you might have made a typo in your email address).

What is my order number?

Your order number is included in the order emails notifications.

You can also view your order number and order details in your Account.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

You can send in an order cancellation or change request within 12 hours of the order checkout. We may not be able to amend an order in all cases but we will do our best to make it right for you.

Do you offer gift cards?

We do not have a gift voucher system in place yet but it’s definitely in the pipeline.

For now, an option will be to get a PayPal gift card.
